Cultivate Church Growth is run by William Burgess, a sole trader based in North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@cultivatechurchgrowth.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our website form: your name, role, church name and town, email address, charity number, church website and any message you write.
- Emails and other messages you send us, and notes from calls with you.
- If your church becomes a client, the contact details of the people we work with at your church, and the billing details we need to invoice you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and carry out your free eligibility check.
- To provide our services if your church becomes a client, including setting up and managing your Google Ad Grant.
- To send invoices and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, on the contract with your church once you become a client, and on our legal obligations for financial records. We never sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, which passes website form submissions to our inbox.
- Microsoft, which provides our email.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Google, when we set up or manage your church's Google for Nonprofits and Google Ads accounts on your behalf, and because this site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
- Our accountant and HMRC, for business records.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking tools.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@cultivatechurchgrowth.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
